On 28.10.2018, the above said Mude Lakshmana Rao died intestate leaving the defendants 2 to 5 as his class-I legal heirs and his properties. This Suit coming on this day for hearing through virtual mode before me as the plaintiff's counsel namely Sri G.Ravi filed joint memo along with undertaking affidavit through e-filing Krishna District vide Unique ID 60525 dated 01.09.2020 and having stood over for consideration this Court delivered the following : J U D G M E N T Heard the petitioner and his counsel appeared through virtual mode. Full Satisfaction memo filed by plaintiff through e-filing. The said FS memo filed. Perused the same. It was revealed that during pendency of suit at the instance of elders it was Corr:Nil Sr.C.J, Nuzvid 2 Chinta Basava Raju vs. Mandada Kannababu & 4 others OS.38/2019 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- compromised among the parties stating that the suit claim was fully satisfied. There is no need to proceed with the above suit and prayed to dismiss the petition. During virtual mode hearing, the learned counsel for plaintiff and plaintiff also representing that there is no need to continue the suit as the plaintiff was fully satisfied and matter was compromised at the instance of elders and relatives. In those circumstances, even if this suit is continued no purpose would be served. Hence, F.S. memo recorded, this suit is dismissed without costs. Pronounced by me in Office Chamber, this the 3rd day of September, 2020. The Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Vijayawada has made proposals on application filed by Sri Aamudala Pitchaiah alias Isaac duly recommending for grant of Quarry lease for Gravel an extent of 1.83 Acrs / 0.741 Hectares in Sy. No. 382 of Ramanakkapeta Village, Musunuru Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, for a period of 03 years. After careful examination of the proposals of the Assistant Director of Mines and Geology, Vijayawada, it is agreed in principal to grant of Quarry Lease for Gravel over an extent of 1.83 Acrs / 0.741 Hectares in Sy. No. 382 of Ramanakkapeta Village, Musunuru Mandal, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh, for a period of 03 years in favour of Sri Aamudala Picthaiah alias Isaac subject to submission of approved mining Plan as required under Rule 7A (i) of APMMC Rules, 1966. YOGASALA RGUKT-NUZVID ACHIEVEMENTS 12 of our students (6 Boys and 6 Girls) participated in All India Inter University National competitions and secured 10th place (Boys Team) and 13th place (Girls Team) which was held at University of Madras, Kanchipuram from 3rd to 9th Feb. 2019. Twelve students represented A.P in the National Level School Games Federation of India (SGFI) Yogasana competitions. Our student B. Anand Prasad N170049 achieved Third Place and secured Bronze medal in competitions which was held at Durg, Chattisgarh, 2017-’18. The first ever medal to Andhra Pradesh was won by our student. Our student B. Anand Prasad N170049 received first ever “Kreeda Pratibha Puraskar” (cash prize of Rs.20,000/-, Tab, Gold medal & certificate) from Government of Andhra Pradesh on 15th Oct. 2018 at Ongole. Three students represented A.P in the YFI National Level Yoga competitions. P. Sobha Rani achieved Sixth place and got selected for Asian Yogasana Championship.
