That the Senate and House of Representatives adopt the Conference Committee Amendment attached hereto, and by reference made a part of this report. Wright Conferees on the part of the Senate HB 5005 SUMMARY OF CONFERENCE COMMITTEE ACTION Page 5 The Conference Committee Amendment for HB 5005, relating to collective bargaining, resolves the collective bargaining issues at impasse between the State of Florida and the bargaining representatives for state employees for the 2020-2021 fiscal year that have not been resolved in the General Appropriations Act or other legislation. The amendment does not change substantive law. .
