Juliet asks Nurse for help; but Nurse says she should marry Paris since Romeo is probably gone forever. Act IV Scene 1 1:47:20 Juliet goes to Friar Laurence’s cell for help; they plan her faked death; he gives her a poison-like sleeping potion. Scene 2 1:52:40 Juliet apologizes to Capulet for refusing to marry Paris and says now she will do it; parents happy; everyone goes to bed. Scene 3 1:53:27 Juliet goes to bed and drinks the sleeping potion. Scene 4 (skipped) Capulet house—family and servants prepare for the wedding later that day. Scene 5 1:54:44 Juliet’s family finds her “dead.” Act V Scene 1 1:57:40 Balthasar goes to Mantua to tell Romeo he saw Juliet dead and put in tomb; Romeo goes to Apothecary to buy suicide poison. Scene 2 (skipped) Friar Laurence’s cell; Laurence discovers that Friar John, who was supposed to deliver letter to Romeo telling him about the fake death plan, never made it to Mantua to deliver the letter. Scene 3 1:59:37 Romeo arrives at Capulet tomb; Romeo kills Paris, who tries to keep him out; Romeo poisons himself after saying goodbye to “dead” Juliet in tomb; Juliet kills herself with Romeo’s dagger when she finds him newly dead. Families find R&J and end feud. .
