WENDY’S 3-TOUR CHALLENGE ~ Now celebrating its 19th anniversary, the Wendy’s 3-Tour Challenge, benefiting adoption, is the only professional golf tournament that pits three players from the PGA, LPGA and Champions Tours against each other in a head-to-head competition for tour bragging rights and a share of the $1 million purse.

CHAMPIONS TOUR TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT

Bernhard Langer has been one of the most dominant players on the Champions Tour over the past three years. He recorded his first Champions Tour victory in 2007 in just his fourth career start at the Administaff Small Business Classic and has since won a staggering 12 times. His 13 career victories are more than any other player since October, 2007. He has earned more than $2 million and the top spot on the Champions Tour money list each of the past two seasons and is currently atop the money list again through 18 events in 2010. In addition, Langer is ranked No. 1 in Charles Schwab Cup points and Constellation Energy SPC points as well as greens in regulation (75.13%) and top-10 finishes with 11. The German native has recorded five victories so far this year, including his first two major Championships in back-to-back weeks at The and the U.S. Open Championship. Since turning professional in 1972 the member has recorded 75 victories worldwide, including the 1985 and 1993 Masters Tournaments. Langer was a member of 10 European teams between 1981 and 2002 before adding a captaincy to his resume in 2004 when he led the European team to victory at Oakland Hills. Langer will be competing in his first Wendy’s 3- Tour Challenge this November at Rio Secco Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada.

Kenny Perry will be making his second appearance at the Wendy’s 3-Tour Challenge; in 2008 he joined and Rocco Mediate as a member of the PGA TOUR team. Perry, who turned 50 in August of this year, has enjoyed a late surge of success on the PGA TOUR. With two victories in 2009 he recorded his fourth career multi win season and second in a row after posting three first place finishes in 2008. Also in 2008 and 2009 Perry finished a career-high 5th on the PGA TOUR money list earning $4,663,794 (career high) and $4,445,562 respectively. He made 53 straight cuts on the PGA TOUR from January 20, 2008 to March 21, 2010 and in 2009 was the recipient of the Award, presented annually to a player sharing Stewart's respect for the traditions of the game, his commitment to uphold the game's heritage of charitable support and his professional and

meticulous presentation of himself and the sport through his dress and conduct. The Kentucky native and 14-time winner on the PGA TOUR has been a member of two Ryder Cup teams (2004 and 2008) and four teams (1996, 2003, 2005, and 2009) during his more than 25 years as a professional.

Nick Price is a world-wide golf icon who has recorded 18 PGA TOUR and 24 international victories since turning professional in 1977. He has won three major championships (1992 and 1994 PGA Championships and the 1994 British Open Championship) and was the PGA TOUR Player of the Year and leading money winner in 1993 and 1994. Price was inducted into the World Golf Hall of fame in 2003 and in 2005 received the from the U.S.G.A., the highest honor given by the U.S.G.A. in recognition of distinguished sportsmanship in golf. He has been a member of five Presidents Cup teams (1994, 1996, 1998, 2000, and 2003). Now in his fourth full season on the Champions Tour and with three career victories to his credit, Price has recorded 11 top-10 finishes in 15 events played so far in 2010, including two first place finishes at the Liberty Mutual Legends of Golf and The Principal Charity Classic. He is currently ranked No. 4 on the money list with a career-high $1,321,512 and T1 (Langer) for most top-10 finishes with 11.
