‘MY GAL SUNDAY’ CAST BIOS CAMERON MATHISON (Henry Parker) – Perhaps best known for his role as Ryan Lavery on “All My Children,” Emmy® nominated actor Cameron Mathison has graced the screen in both film and television projects. Mathison first appeared as Ryan Lavery on “All My Children” in 1998 and earned great acclaim through this role from the critics and fans alike, taking home a Soap Opera Digest Award for Outstanding Male Newcomer in 1999, the honor of one of America’s 100 Most Eligible Bachelors from People magazine in 2000, the Special Fan Award for Irresistible Combination in 2002 and Daytime Emmy® Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actor in 2002 and 2005. No stranger to television movies, Mathison played a lead role in ABC Family’s “See Jane Date,” Lifetime’s “The Wife He Met Online” and “Any Mother’s Son” and GMC’s “Carpenter’s Miracle.” Most recently Mathison starred in two Hallmark Channel Original Holiday Movies, “The Christmas Ornament” with Kellie Martin and “Window Wonderland” opposite Naomi Judd and Chyler Leigh. On the big screen, Mathison made his feature film debut in “54,” opposite Salma Hayek and Ryan Phillippe. He followed that role up with the independent movie “Washed Up.” Most recently, he starred in the feature film “The Surrogate,” which was released in 2013. Mathison has made several pivotal guest starring roles on top television shows, including TV Land’s “Hot in Cleveland,” Lifetime’s “Drop Dead Diva,” ABC’s “Desperate Housewives,” “Castle,” “The Job” and CBS’s “CSI” and “JAG.” A man of many talents, Mathison appeared on the fifth season of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars,” where he advanced all the way to Week 9. Mathison serves as a special correspondent for “Extra” and “Good Morning America” and had the honor of co-hosting the 35th Annual Daytime Emmy® Awards in 2008. ### RACHEL BLANCHARD (Sandra “Sunday” O’Brien-Parker) – Not afraid of taking risks, Rachel Blanchard plays a wide range of comedic and dramatic roles in both commercial and independent films and television. She got her start starring on such hit shows as “Are You Afraid of the Dark,” “7th Heaven” and “War of the Worlds.” She also starred as Cher Horowitz in the role made famous by Alicia Silverstone in the television series based on the hit motion picture of the same name, “Clueless.” More recently, Blanchard has had a recurring role in the BAFTA winning British comedy series "Peep Show” and a recurring role in the hit HBO series "Flight of the Concords." She’s also had guest starring roles on “Flashpoint,” “Psych” and the FX comedy “Legit.” (more) HALLMARK MOVIE CHANNEL / ‘MY GAL SUNDAY’ – Cast Bios – Page 2 Blanchard starred opposite Colin Firth and Kevin Bacon in director Atom Egoyan's critically acclaimed film "Where the Truth Lies" and also appeared in "Mad Ship,” opposite Nikolaj Lie Kaas, “Daydream Nation,” “Without a Paddle,” “Chasing Holden,” “The Wild Dogs” and “Snakes on a Plane.” Her other film roles include the TV movies “Anne of Green Gables: A New Beginning,” “The Case for Christmas” and last year’s Lifetime movie “The Surrogacy Trap.” ### JACK WAGNER (Danny O’Brien) – Acclaimed actor Jack Wagner majored in theater at the University of Missouri and graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in drama. His theatrical background of singing, dancing and acting would prove to be a true cornerstone in a diversified career. In 1983, Wagner landed the starring role on the hit daytime series, “General Hospital,” playing the rocker Frisco Jones. After recording several songs for the show, Wagner signed a recording deal on Quincy Jones label, Qwest, and within 6 months, his first single, “All I Need,” was number two on the pop charts and number one on adult contemporary charts. In addition, he hosted Time Life’s Collection “Early 80’s” nationwide. In 1987, Wagner returned to his theatrical roots touring nationally as Tony in West Side Story and in 1988 as Danny Zuko in Grease. In 1993, Wagner moved to nighttime television, joining the hit series “Melrose Place” where he spent five seasons both acting as Dr. Peter Burns and directing. Then, in 2000, he took the role of a lifetime on Broadway, starring in the title role of Jekyll and Hyde. Wagner has starred in over 15 made-for-TV movies and appeared in over 40 theatrical productions around the country. In 2003, Wagner joined the cast of “The Bold and the Beautiful,” the most successful dramatic serial in the world, viewed in 130 countries. Wagner is also a scratch golfer and has won six club championships at his home course in Los Angeles, the Bel Air Country Club. In 1990, Wagner won the ProAm with John Cook at Pebble Beach’s ATT Tournament. He also hosted the ESPN golf show, “Off Course with Jack Wagner,” where he interviewed celebrities Alex Rodriquez, Heather Locklear, John Elway and James Woods, to name a few. Wagner is the 2006 and 2011 Champion of the American Century Celebrity Golf Tournament at Lake Tahoe, NV, which is broadcasted annually on NBC. In 2009, he was named #1 Celebrity Golfer by Golf Digest. Wagner is the National Celebrity Ambassador of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, a beneficiary from the annual charity golf tournament, The Jack Wagner Celebrity Golf Classic. Wagner has spent many tireless hours working for this charity, as his father died in 1990 as a result of blood cancer and his brother was diagnosed in 1999 with leukemia. Most recently, Wagner has starred in “Castle,” “Hot in Cleveland,” “Celebrity Apprentice” and “See Dad Run” and was a contestant on Season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars.” --HALLMARK MOVIE CHANNEL-- .
