2008 Fish Ticket Dolphins Swim Team 2008 Fish Tickets Now Available! The City of Manhattan Beach Parks & Recreation Department Fish Tickets can be used for any drop-in recreation activity. Tickets is now offering off-season Swim Team practices. Swimmers, ALL cost $20 and are good for $25 worth of activities.
