It includes hundreds of works by Canadian and European artists which date as far back as the 12th century, together with a vast selection of British ship models from the 17th century through the Napoleonic era to the 20th century. UFO was selected to supply a range of fiber optic products to illuminate the large collection of model ships on display. Fiber optics provided the ideal solution for illuminating the precious and irreplaceable items as they don't emit heat or any ultra violet rays which can be detrimental to delicate, historical artefacts.
