HOW TO MAKE A SOLAR SYSTEM MODEL... OUT OF THIS WORLD! What better way to learn about space than to make your own Orbiting Planets Solar System! This kit comes plain ready to decorate & make a wonderful 3D solar system. It is a perfect group project- each child can decorate a few planets each and then as a team the children can assemble the system learning about the order of the planets. Identify each ball to each planet by matching numbers on each ball. Paint all balls and some other fun science kits... rings relevant colours. You may want to use a toothpick to hold the balls as you paint. 2. Cut all wire lengths as indicated above. 3. Glue the Sun ball into the black ring to form a base. 4. To suspend Saturn ring, push each end of 25mm wire into opposite sides of the ball. Glue to secure. Then push wire ends into the ring. Glue to secure. 5. Glue the wires into the planets, matching up the correct wire lengths with the correct balls. 6. Insert wire of each planet around the Sun in the order listed above. Glue to secure. 7.
