WWF - Bhutan Program Day 1: Arrive at beautiful Paro valley and drive along the Pa chu to . After checking in at the hotel, visit WWF-Bhutan Program office for interaction. Towards the evening, take a stroll around the bustling Paro Airport Thimphu town. Spend the night at the Aman Kora or other resorts in Thimphu.

Thimphu Phobjikha Valley

Day 2: Drive to Punakha taking a short stop at the Dochula pass (3,080m) that heralds the most enchanting views of the valley that rests below. Towards the afternoon visit and drive to Phobjikha, a popular wintering ground for the endangered Black Necked Cranes. You could choose to either spend the night in Aman Kora or in farmhouses at Phobjikha. head quarters of the National Park Bumthang (JSWNP) office, the third largest park in the country covering an expanse of 1,723 sq. km. The park has the highest number of bird species among all the protected areas in the country. For lunch, stop by at the Yangkhil Resort in Trongsa. After reaching Bumthang in the evening, stay at one of the many luxurious hotels in Bumthang. JSWNP

Day 3: Visit the Royal Society for Protection of Nature (RSPN) Crane visitors’ centre and Gangtey Goenpa Lhakhang (monastery). Later drive to Bumthang, one of the most beautiful places in Bhutan known for its bio-cultural heritage. En route, visit the Day 4: Next morning, drive to Nagsiphel home stay, Zhabjithang. Enjoy and be a part of the unique local culture and interact with the highlanders. Lunch at one of the home stays and visit the Drapham Dzong built 400 years ago by the then Ruler Chokhor-Deb, a contemporary of Pema Lingpa. Spend the night at Nagsiphel home stay and experience the traditional Bhutanese hospitality. Day 5: Drive to Tang home stay and visit the Ugyenchholing Museum. Lunch at one of the home stays and drive back to Bumthang and visit the Wangchuck Centennial Park, head office, the largest national park in the country. Learn more about the park by interacting with park staff. Stay overnight at the luxurious Aman Kora or other new resorts in Bumthang. Enjoy the illustrious beauty of the winter capital of the Bhutanese monastic body on your way back to Thimphu... Punakha Paro Taktshang

Day 06: (Option 1) After breakfast fly back to Paro (Departs at 07:25 am and arrive Paro at 08:30 am). Visit Taktsang excursions, also known as the Tiger’s Nest. Approximately 3 hours walk from the nearest road point, the Tiger’s nest is a majestic looking monastery built on a cliff.

(Option 2) After breakfast, drive to Paro (approx. 267 km, 8 hours). Arrive at Paro in the evening. Spend the night at Aman Kora or other resorts in Paro. Next day, arrive at Paro airport for flight to onward destination.
