INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PP’s

The State Expert Appraisal Committee will consider the project proposals for prior EC, in its meeting to be held on 23/5/2017 at 10.00 A.M. at M.P. Pollution Control Board, E-5, Arera Colony, Bhopal. The Project proponents are requested to attend the meeting in person or depute a competent person having proper & full background of the proposed project with proper authorization in writing “Authority Letter” who can explain the project and also respond to the queries & offer his/her views on suggestions made by the committee. Such person would be required to make a presentation on the salient features of the project, the related environmental issues, risk assessment and proposed Environmental Management Plan. His/Her commitment before the committee will be treated as your commitment. In this context you are advised & requested to mail a soft copy of all necessary documents (with case number) such as Application form 1, PFR, EIA/ EMP, Approved Mining Plan and other relevant papers at [email protected] at least 04 days before the meeting so that each member could offer his views on the proposal during the presentation. (B) As per the OM No. 11114 dated 08/02/20126 of SEIAA Project Proponent should submit an affidavit to be executed on appropriate non- judicial stamp paper of minimum value and attested by public notary along with online application for environmental clearance and at the time of submission of hard copy with declaration read as under: “I hereby give an undertaking that the data and information given in the application and enclosures for environmental clearance are true to the best of my knowledge and belief without concealing any fact and I am aware that if any part of data and information submitted is found to be false or misleading at any stage the project will be rejected and clearance given, if any to the project will be revoked at our risk and cost.” The PP’s who have not submitted above declearation at the time of online submission/with hard copy, should bring above affidavit at the time of presentation.
