St. Luke’s Imaging Services High Risk to be Held for Myelogram and Cisternogram Exams (in addition to Blood Thinning List)

The following high risk medications must be held for at least 48 hours prior to the procedure. They must also be held for at least 24 hours following the procedure. Check with the ordering physician regarding holding these medications. If the ordering physician feels that the patient may not be taken off these medications, they must consult directly with a radiologist.
