Stream and Win Rules Official Contest Rules – ‘Stream and Win’ Updated June 1, 2016 1. The “Salem Los Angeles Stream and Win Contest” (“Contest”) is open to any individual eighteen (18) years or older who is a resident of either Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside or San Bernardino county, or commencing June 1, 2016, Ventura county. Entrants must register for the Contest on one (1) or more of the Salem Los Angeles radio stations (KFSH-FM, KKLA-FM, KRLA(AM) and KTIE(AM)) mobile apps (the “App(s)”) and then will be entered into the Contest each time the entrant listens to the live stream on the registered App(s) up to four (4) tunes each day. Entrants may enter the Contest a maximum of four (4) times per day whether using only one (1) App or several Apps. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family and household members of New Inspiration Broadcasting Company, Inc., owner and operator of KFSH-FM, KKLA-FM, KRLA(AM), and KTIE(AM) (collectively, “Radio Station”), its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies, and its advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Contest is a ‘shared contest’ in which entries will be accepted from all of the Apps and combined together for the Prize drawing. Contest period is March 2, 2016 through December 31, 2016 (“Contest Period”). Radio Station may elect to discontinue the Contest prior to the end of Contest Period at the end of any month in its sole discretion. 2. There will be one (1) Prize winner per month during the Contest Period. The winner will be selected by random drawing on the 5th day of each month beginning April 5, 2016 from among all eligible entries received on all Apps from the previous calendar month. Entrants need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by e-mail on the date of selection. The winner may have to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability and, where lawful, a publicity release. These forms will be available via fax and email to the winner. The winner must return the affidavit to Radio Station within one (1) week of notification or the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Except where prohibited by law, by signing the affidavit and release, the winner grants permission to the use of his/her/its name, likeness, picture, portrait, hometown, service mark, voice, biographical/other information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other promotions by Radio Station without additional compensation. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Radio Station is not responsible for entries which Radio Station does not receive due to technological/online server error. 3. Each monthly Prize winner will receive $3,000 (“Prize”). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent will be given for the Prize, provided however, Radio Station may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 4. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by all of these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of General Manager of Radio Station ("Contest Judge"). All decisions regarding the Contest including, but not limited to, selecting the winner, will be made by the “Contest Judge”, whose decisions shall be final. The Contest Judge may prohibit an entrant from participating in this Contest, in his/her sole discretion, if, in the opinion of the Contest Judge, the entrant fails to abide by these rules, or otherwise acts (i) in a non-professional or inappropriate manner, (ii) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Radio Station, its parent company, its parent’s affiliated companies or its advertising and promotion agencies, or (iii) in any other disruptive manner. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to release and hold Radio Station, its parent company and its parent’s affiliated companies harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on any libel, slander, illegal competition or trade practice, violation of rights of privacy, infringement of copyrights or other rights of third parties. 5. To find out the winners of the Contest, send your e-mail request to [email protected] or look for the winners names posted on the Radio Station website. .

  • Encounter 2021 Budget & Elders
Dear Rocky Peak, I am really excited about this new year—and I have several important things to share with you as we head into 2021, including our upcoming Encounter, our 2021 budget and elders, our recent Generosity Initiative, and our survey about returning to campus for indoor services in the near future. So, let’s jump in and catch up! Encounter January 31, 2021 This Encounter will be a special night of focused prayer, worship and vision casting to get ready for the exciting year ahead of us—and we’re hosting this on Sunday, January 31, from 6-7:30pm. Watch for more details on the location (indoors or outdoors) in the next couple weeks. I hope you can join us as we kick off the new year by thanking God for how he has sustained us this past year and praying for his leadership, direction, and blessing for this year. 2021 Budget & Elders A Quick Overview One of the things we will do at the end of Encounter (the last 10 minutes) is take a quick vote on this year’s proposed budget and elders. To prepare for that, I want to give you a quick overview of the budget. As I shared last month, this past year was an up-and-down year financially. We started the year very strong (January-July); then we began to experience a downward trend as we headed into the fall. But then we finished the year strong in December! Our contributions for the year were slightly less than projected, but so were our expenses.
