The new single from the Nightwatchman album World Wide Rebel Songs Killer comments from their recent instudios - see page 2 Playing in Boulder! Fallon appearance scheduled for later this month Rocked SXSW Look out now! The AP raves about The Gaddabouts “Edie Brickell makes it all seem so simple. On “Look Out Now,” the sophomore release of the band she fronts called The Gaddabouts, Brickell makes the listener feel so at ease listening to the double disc that it’s like slipping into a pair of comfy slippers, kicking back in a recliner and just letting the stresses of life slip away. Brickell gets plenty of help setting the laid-back vibe with fellow bandmates Steve Gadd, Pino Palladino and Andy Fairweather-Low. They establish a late-night jazz club feel that is a perfect fit with Brickell’s smooth as silk vocals. “Look Out Now” features 17 songs spread out over two discs. It’s hard not to find your- self singing along, or at least tapping a toe, to Brickell’s signature catchy tunes. She can turn a phrase as well as anyone, and with her sultry yet welcoming vocals, Brickell sounds like the girl next door just singing away on a sunny day. CHECK OUT THIS TRACK: “Meat On Your Bones” starts the set off. It’s a purely impro- visational song that may not be the best of the bunch, but it sets the mood perfectly for what’s to come.” - Associated Press, 4/2/12 The Dunwells impress programmers with their instudios Scott Arbough, KBCO - “What a joy to see a group of fine musicians genuinely having a great time playing their music live. Dunwells are infectious to watch. The songs are finely crafted and the harmonies perfect.” Chris Mays, KINK - “Thanks so much for bringing them to KINK. They were fabulous!” The live show that made Grace Potter famous is back 4/12 Vail, CO 6/3 Atlanta, GA* 7/20 Salt Lake City, UT 4/13 Las Vegas, NV 6/9 Arlington, TX* 7/21 Denver, CO* 4/14 Coachella 6/10 Kansas City, MO* 7/22 Council Bluffs, IA 4/20 Henderson, NV 6/16 Philadelphia, PA* 7/28 Indianapolis, IN* 4/21 Coachella 6/23 Nashville, TN* 7/29 Cleveland, OH* 4/24 Starkville, MS 6/24 Charlotte, NC* 8/11 East Rutherford, NJ* 4/25 Columbia, MO 6/30 Pittsburgh, PA* 8/12 Landover, MD* 4/26 Iowa City, IA 7/1 Cincinnati, OH* 8/16 Grand Rapids, MI 4/27 Rochester, MN 7/6 Milwaukee, WI 8/18 Detroit, MI 4/28 Madison, WI 7/7 Chicago, IL* 8/24-25 Foxboro, MA* 5/1 Fort Smith, AR 7/8 Minneapolis, MN 5/3-4 New Orleans, LA 7/14 Anaheim, CA* * indicates stadium shows 5/5 Memphis, TN 7/18 Seattle, WA opening for Kenny Chesney 6/2 Tampa, FL* 7/19 Portland, OR and Tim McGraw Graffiti6 hits the road with Eric Hutchinson 4/17 Denver, CO 5/5 Washington, DC 5/15 Austin, TX 4/18 Omaha, NE 5/6 Philadelphia, PA 5/17 Phoenix, AZ 4/19 Des Moines, IA 5/8 Charlotte, NC 5/18 San Juan Cap, CA 4/28 Cleveland, OH 5/9 Charleston, SC 5/19 Los Angeles, CA 4/30 Pittsburgh, PA 5/10 Knoxville, TN 5/20 San Francisco, CA 5/1 Boston, MA 5/11 Nashville, TN 5/22 Seattle, WA 5/2 New York, NY 5/12 Birmingham, AL 5/23 Portland, OR 5/4 Danbury, CT 5/14 Dallas, TX 5/27 Quincy, WA Coming Up...
