PALLAM RAJU to move that the Bill further to amend the of Technology, Science National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research Act, 2007, as Education and passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration. Research (Amendment) Bill, 2013. ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.

The Constitution 7. SHRI MALLIKARJUN KHARGE to move that the Bill further to (Scheduled Castes) amend the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 and the Constitution Orders (Amendment) (Sikkim) Scheduled Castes Order, 1978, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into Bill, 2013. consideration.

ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.

The Whistle Blowers 8. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by Protection Bill, 2011. Shri V. Narayanasamy on the 29th March, 2012:––

“That the Bill to establish a mechanism to receive complaints relating to disclosure on any allegation of corruption or wilful misuse of power or wilful misuse of discretion against any public servant and to inquire or cause an inquiry into such disclosure and to provide adequate safeguards against victimization of the person making such complaint and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.”
