Should Sedalco-SMR, a Joint Venture decline to enter into an agreement, the District shall proceed into negotiations with the next contractor as ranked until an agreement is reached or contract rebid. Administration and Classroom Addition and Renovations: The Administration and Classroom addition will provide administration office suites, ten core classrooms, associated restrooms, and mechanical spaces. The existing one-story classroom and administration wing along Millmar Drive will be removed to provide a new two- story addition. Fine Arts Addition and Renovations: The Fine Arts Addition includes new Band, Orchestra, Choral, and Black Box classrooms with associated practice rooms, scene shop, staff offices, and storage. The existing Band Hall adjacent to the Auditorium will be removed. Athletics Addition and Renovations: The Athletics Addition program includes new 2,000 seat Competition Gym, Weight Room, Mat Room, and Training Room. The new Gym will serve as the school storm shelter. The existing north gym will be removed. Locker Rooms addition includes locker rooms for Boys Basketball, Boys Team, Girls Basketball, and Girls Volleyball, showers, restrooms, and Boys and Girls Coach’s Offices. Existing Building Renovations: The Scope of Work includes additional renovations throughout the existing building to address lifecycle and educational adequacy improvements to the following areas: Site and Athletics Fields, Building exterior, Classroom teaching surfaces, Wayfinding signage, Auditorium and Stage, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, Fire Alarm, Security and Technology. Associated sitework will be provided for the new additions including new or relocated site utilities, new fire lane, relocated parking areas, new hardscape and landscaping.
