The Draft Local Plan presents, for your consideration and comment, the Council’s draft spatial vision and objectives for development in the borough to 2031. They are followed by detailed draft planning policies and site allocations. Comments on the Draft Local Plan are invited from all those with an interest in the future of Tower Hamlets. All comments received will be taken into account and will inform the amended version called the Proposed Submission Local Plan, which will be published in Spring 2017.
