And while one can measure an organization’s success by various indicators, very rarely is it measured by its most fundamental driver: the energy and intellectual capital of its people. Or as we would like to describe it: The Human Quotient or HQ. The Human Quotient is not a number. It’s a value. At the heart of this value is the insight that given the opportunity, people treat work less as a job, and more as an inner calling. That if empowered, they would lead far more than they would choose to follow.
