Therefore, to account for this effect, the Selectors will place the last few athletes who could receive a Card on a Hold List. These athletes must still complete the required SC paperwork. 8.5.3 The Selectors will ensure that there is sufficient Card quota (dollar value) to Card the athletes on the Hold List subject to the SC’s approval process and/or appeals processes. It is possible that, due to the mechanics of the SC’s approval process or the appeals process, some athletes on the Hold List will not receive a card despite completing all of the requested paperwork. AC will inform athletes on the Hold List whether or not they will receive a card as soon as practical. 8.5.4 The number of athletes on the Hold List will vary depending on circumstances and advice from SC. However the number will typically be around the equivalent of five Senior Cards per program (eg counting Para and able-bodied separately). 8.5.5 For the avoidance of doubt, being on the Hold List does not guarantee receiving a card.     Great Lakes Regional Games Classification Schedule for Athletes with a Physical Impairment Version 1.6 Athletes - Must present to the Classification Centre 15 minutes before the allocated time on the classification schedule. Must bring a passport or some other official form of identification to classification. Will be required to read and sign a classification release form prior to presenting to the classification panel. May be accompanied by one athlete representative and/or an interpreter. Must be appropriately dressed in their sport clothes including shorts under tracksuits and sport shoes. Must bring their track chairs, strapping etc that they will be using in competition, to the classification session. Must ensure their throwing frames are at the stadium for technical assessments if necessary. In the fall of 2006 he started the Seattle Speed Track Club and over the last ten years has trained (or contributed) to numerous age group world records in sprints and jumps (Samuel Cunliffe, Lauren Williams, Ashlyn Mundell); multiple national titles and top 3 finishes (30+), and three athletes into the US HS Top 20 All-Time in sprints (Hannah Cunliffe, Tatum Taylor, Lauren Williams).
