ANGELIKI VANESSA Angeliki was born in Katerini/Pieria and spent her school years there, at the foot of mountain Olympus. She studied ”Food Science and Tech- nology” at the Agriculture Department of Aristotle University of Thes- saloniki. Influenced by her love to nature, those academic years inspired her towards a more holistic approach of things. Angeliki’s enquiring mind soon led her to yoga and thus, she opened up a new life dimen- sion for herself. Spiritual journeys all over the world next to enlightened teachers attributed to her yoga skills. Angeliki soon felt the need to share that knowledge with people and nowadays she is a certified yoga teacher, teaching all ages and levels.

FILIPPOS LAZARIDIS My passion for movement along with injuries that I suffered due to contact sports that I once practiced, led me to study the human body in depth and even in academic level. I reached the highest research and theory point when I got my Master degree in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the Department of Sports and Science. Yoga appeared suddenly in my life as an answer to my physical and emotional pains. Eventually, it became the dominant feeling to shine my way through my personal internal trip, something that I really want to share with my fellow passionate yogis.
