PCRG prepares this study using publicly available data designed to monitor the performance of financial institutions seeking to meet their community investment requirements under the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The goal of publishing these findings is the ensure that policy makers and community members can better access the wealth of publicly available data to better understand the state of lending in Pittsburgh.
