February 22-23, 2019 The American Athletic Conference is pleased to hold its 2019 Indoor Track & Field Championships at the Birmingham CrossPlex in Birmingham, Ala. Events begin at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 22 with the women’s pentathlon and men’s heptathlon and continue through Saturday, Feb. 23, with the awards ceremony concluding the championships at 3:20 p.m. The top two teams (men’s and women’s) will be awarded, along with the top three performers in each event.
