Gline Clarke, who served that constituency for 26 years as a Member of Parliament, but who recently resigned and is scheduled to take up a new post as Barbados’ High Commissioner to Canada, was on hand to assist, as was Campaign Co-ordinator Pat Parris, Campaign Manager Dwight Sutherland, other MPs and supporters. The Mass Canvass took off from the St. George North Constituency Office and moved into surrounding areas. Before leaving the Constituency Office, Senator Toni Moore spoke about her strategy for the upcoming by-election in St. George North, as well as the issues identified by constituents to date, which need to be addressed.
