Worldwide  Mayor Mike Duggan has announced that the City of Detroit will be the first in the 951,754 Confirmed country to utilize a new testing method that can provide results in 15 minutes, even if 48,319 Deaths the patient is not yet showing symptoms. The Mayor also advised its citizens to wear a home-made mask or a non-medical face covering when performing those essential activities.
