The impacts of the inauguration of the Senior Program, the successful conclusion of the Capital Campaign, the construction and reconstruction of the physical plant, curricular reforms and innovations, and the many adjust- ments of students, faculty, and staff in response to such change have been great indeed. The necessary response by innovation and adjustment required by new situations both internal and external to the College has proved stimulating to faculty and staff.
