Chicken and turkey breeder in Loire-Atlantique (ouest of France), Mr Branchereau is equipped with an R-VOLT Pro system which produces electricy and provides heat into his coops.

« For a long time had been longing for this project ! I just knew it would be a great benefit for us. This is why we began with the 1st plant, then the 2nd, that’s to say 4 buildings ! It's been 20 years since I worked with this type of building. Since we have equipped our buildings, I can tell you that I measure the effects much! It has forced air exchange, allowing a cleaner air. From a health standpoint, it's much better! I see it daily, you can breathe better! With the ventilation system associated with the panels, the smell is much weaker than in a usual barn! Continuous ventilation under panels can reduce the risk of corrosion associated with ammonia. It is much healthier for chickens ! Even when technicians go, they tell me "it feels really good in your buildings! ”

"The first plant (2 buildings) was fitted in July 2010. The second site was fitted in September 2011. Conclusion: gas consumption was divided by 2! Prior to equip buildings: gas consumption accounted for 50 t / year. In 2011: Gas consumption fell to 27 t / year! At €900 per tonne (50T-27T) x €900 = €20 700 savings!
