On March 1, 2012, Martin Garvey ("Garvey") filed his Motion for Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs in which Garvey requested an order from this Court requiring the Receiver to indemnify him for various attorneys fees and costs (DE 2581 and 2584, the "Motion for Fees")? 2. On March 23, 2012, the Receiver filed his Response to the Motion for Fees (DE 2588, the "Response to the Motion for Fees"). 3 3. On April 3, 2012, Garvey filed his Reply in Support of the Motion for Fees (DE 2593, the "Reply"). 4. On July 17, 2012, Magistrate Judge Hopkins issued his Report and Recommendation (DE 2620, the "R&R"), wherein the Magistrate Judge found that the Motion for Fees should be denied for the same reasons that Magistrate Judge Linnea R.
