As an EU citizen, you have the right to live and work in other EU member states without any special work or residence permit. You are entitled to begin working immediately upon your arrival and so are your family members. Even so, there are many things to have in mind when moving to a new country. Below you find a checklist which may be useful during your first time in Sweden. The list includes the names of important authorities to contact as soon as possible upon your arrival.
