Avaya Solution & Interoperability Test Lab Application Notes for Configuring Avaya IX Messaging Version 10.8 with Avaya Communication Server 1000 Release 7.6.7 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager Release 7.1.2+ Abstract These Application Notes describe the procedure for configuring Avaya IX Messaging 10.8 to interoperate with the Avaya Communication Server 1000 Release 7.6.7 and Avaya Aura® Session Manager Release 7.1.2+. The IX Messaging voice server connects to the Avaya Communication Server 1000 through a SIP Trunk connection and provides unified communications features such as the greetings menu, user mailbox services, wake up services and transfer functions. Information in these Application Notes has been obtained through DevConnect compliance testing and additional technical discussions. Testing was conducted via the DevConnect Program at the Avaya Solution and Interoperability Test Lab.
