Results The contracted sales amount of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2016 was about RMB8,305.0 million, representing an increase of 12.9% compared with the corresponding period of last year. During the year ended 31 December 2016, the recorded revenue of the Group was RMB7,004.55 million, representing a decrease of 6.3% compared with the corresponding period of last year, of which property rental income increased by 5.8% to RMB382.50 million. The net profit attributable to equity owners of the Company was RMB564.00 million.
