We have always been dedicated to first class customer service and we can only achieve this by constantly striving to improve what we do and by listening to customer feedback. Speaking to our clients, we have found that increasingly they are asking for trips that “push the boundaries “ a little, enabling them to see more of the British Isles and Europe. Our themed holidays are becoming very popular and are carrying ever greater numbers of passengers. These holidays have been carefully designed, using 3 or 4 star hotels and offering achievable and well-constructed itineraries. City breaks offer more free time than ever in the city of your choice, so that you can explore at your leisure. In order to avoid constantly repeating the same venues for days out on our seaside breaks we have some “variations on a theme” which we are sure you will enjoy. As our holiday market is becoming “younger” in years we are delighted to include 2 holidays by air to popular destinations. This is a completely new venture for us and we hope this will cater for those clients who do not enjoy the long coach journeys to places like the Channel Islands and the heart of Europe. Encouraged by the success of our cruise to the Norwegian Fjords, we are pleased to be offering 3 Ocean Cruises and 2 River Cruises. You will also find a selection of dates where you can travel by Eurostar to enjoy city breaks in Lille and Brussels. After a number of years of operating both the Roberts Holidays and the Paul James Holidays brands, we have taken the decision to bring both brands together under the banner of Roberts Travel Group. ALL holidays in the brochure will offer free door to door pickups on holidays of 4 days or more within the designated pick up areas and will travel direct to destination with lunch stops, the only exception being those holidays which clearly state that there will be a pick up at St Margaret’s Bus Station, Leicester, en route to destination.
