In 2021, it gained a small portion from Chester-St. Margaret's so that the boundary more closley follows the county line.     CONSTITUTION OF THE PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA Consolidated to November 1, 2008 Amended on November 26, 2011 Amended on February 11, 2012 Amended on February 8, 2014 Amended on November 2, 2019 ARTICLE 1 - NAME 1.1 The name of the Association is “The Progressive Conservative Association of Nova Scotia”, hereinafter called “the Association”.
