Herb Brooks-, director of Veteran Services, said there has been a steady stream of Eastern students applying for emergency loans this semester. Financial Aids Counselor Elmer Pullen said the IGLP loan proces$ing has been delayed due to a com puter change-over on Sept. 16 in the IGLP's Deer field office.
