In addition to the departmental activities, students and staff have opportunities for participating in cultural events like School Youth Festival, Onam, Christmas Celebrations and other various interschool/state level competitions. VISA and VISMAYA are the two cultural events which the school hosts for all the schools in .

Sports Activities Students participate in various school/interschool/district/state/national level competitions in sports and games every year. Foreign Collaborations As a part of Student Cultural Exchange Programme, a group of students and teachers visited NUS (National University School), Singapore and attended various classes, visited Universities and Research Centres there. Students and teachers from Singapore and Germany visited our school and attended classes. A group of students and teachers from Istituto di Istruzione "Alcide Degasperi", Italy visited our school in February. Our team visited Italy during April 2012. The school team went to NASA on 17th April as part of International Educational Tour. Alumni Activities Viswajyothi Former Students Forum (VFSF) was founded in the year 2009 by the school Manager Rev. Fr. Jose Padayatty CMI and the then Principal Rev. Fr. Joy Kilikunnel CMI. The annual general body meeting of the alumni association is held on 26th December every year. The office bearers of 2015 are Fr.
