Why together with Vinitaly in Verona ?

Vinitaly is the landmark event for the Italian and International wine world. The largest wine show in the world has progressively become a mainstay event on an international scale by welcoming innovations and appealing to operators not only as a trade exhibition but also as a full-scale reference "event" for wine world. Vinitaly has developed into this role over forty years by accompanying the development of the wine industry that has become the best ambassador of "Made in Italy" worldwide and as the flagship for excellence in agri-food industry. Vinitaly welcomes some 4,000 exhibitors every year and is spread over an area of almost 80 thousand square metres - further confirmation of its role of servicing the industry. Nowadays it is the only show focusing on the needs of all operators in the field: producers, importers, distributors, caterers, technicians, journalists and opinion leaders. At Vinitaly traditional methodologies are shown alongside innovative processes designed to involve operators from all over the world. The impressive line-up includes: Tasting Ex...Press - international wines presented by leading wine-sector magazines; Taste & Dream - great historical Italian wines; Trendy Today, Big Tomorrow - selected companies investing in the future; Food & Wine Pairing - highlighting young European chefs combining continental traditions in cuisine and superb Italian wines; Gulliver's Travels - discovering quality niche wines from European countries; The "young lions" - the top 10 European producers for the next four decades of world oenology; Designer Restaurants - outstanding performances by the best Italian chefs; Citadel of Gastronomy - interpreting the best regional Italian cuisine. This detailed and specific programme is also extended outside the Exhibition Centre itself: Palazzo della Gran Guardia (Piazza Bra, close to Town Verona Hall) is home to Vinitaly. For you, the evening "wine store" is available with food and live music for enthusiasts of fine wines.
