408 rooms, 4-star superior hotel and conference center • Successfully re- positioned this hotel with historical start-up issues, and delivered a year on year substantial RGI growth in a highly competitive and versatile market. • Continuously achieved and over achieved pre-set hotel targets both financially as non-financial. • Hotel was the official host for the VIP guests attending the 2013 Royal Wedding ceremony. • Introduced & inspired Green Globe to the hotels • Was able to build a strong and energetic hotel team through hiring, development and empowerment • Brought down staff sickness % to 2.8%, staff turnover to 19%,and brought up employee satisfaction to 88%, overall guest satisfaction to 89%.
