21 Days of Forgiveness by Iyanla Vanzant

Forgiveness addresses how we think and feel about others and ourselves, and how those thoughts manifest within our lives. The energy of a feeling doesn’t die or go away because we ignore or resist it. In fact, it is the energy of the un- acknowledged feeling beneath our thoughts that keep us stuck. Forgiveness is a practice that helps us to realign our thoughts and feelings under new conscious management. The only true way to create a more loving, productive, and fulfilling life is by forgiving the past. Releasing the past restores us to the full energy of the present moment.

Children’s Blessing / La Bendición de los Niños (11 am) Wayne Wiggins + Scripture Lesson / Lectura Bíblica Manuel Diaz Mateo 7: 1 - 5

No juzguen y no seran juzgados.

One: This is the word of God for the people of God. All: Thanks be to God. Amen.

Do I really have a choice?

Sermon Response / Respuesta del Sermón

One: Holy One, Help me!

All: Help me to remember what I desire and to forget what I have done.

One: Help me to forget what I haven’t done so that I will remember what I can do.

All: Help me to hear and know Your voice, when You are guiding me, inspiring me, and leading me into new experiences, new opportunities, and new possibilities.

One: Help me to see new ways of being as I release old ways of seeing.

All: Help me to release.

One: Help me to surrender.

All: Help me today.

One: I rest in Thee.

All: I let it be!

Through you the blind will see Through you the mute will sing Through you the dead will rise Through you all hearts will praise Through you all hatred flees Through you my heart screams I am free Yes, I am free

I am free to run. (I am free to run.) I am free to dance. (I am free to dance.) I am free to live for You. (I am free to live for You.) I am free! (I am free!) I am free! (I am free!)
