elcome to the Disneyana Exchange, the world's largest and most respected Disney Secondary Market Brokerage in the world! There's lots to see and learn, so here are a few key tips to get you started: With the exception of Page 2 (Want List), all items in this newsletter are available for sale at the time of print. Each individual seller sets his own price. Therefore, the Ex- change can maintain hundreds of listings on the same piece. On the first day of each quarter, the Exchange publishes it's lowest listing per item. The Disneyana Exchange charges a 10% commission fee to buy & sell. The "listed" price includes the seller's fee. Buyers simply place their orders by phone, fax, or internet website (www.disneyanaexchange.com). We will then confirm the lowest available price, add the 10% commission and a small amount for shipping & insurance. All pieces are guaranteed to be in mint condition with their appropriate boxes and certification if applicable. Average transaction time for both buyers and sellers is 3-6 weeks. So, kick your feet up, relax, and prepare to enter a whole new world of collecting, investing, and enjoyment. BUYING AND SELLING WITH THE DISNEYANA EXCHANGE

How we work is that people call us from around the country who would like to sell their pieces. They set their own price. If you would like to purchase an item, simply call the exchange. We will quote you the lowest item available, add 10% commission charge, and a small charge for shipping. When an item is sold, we will contact the seller and they will ship it to the Exchange. The buyer will pay for the merchandise in advance and all funds will be held in an escrow account. This guarantees that the seller will be paid for his item. Acceptable forms of payment are as follows: Personal Check: We wait 5 days for the check to clear before the merchandise is shipped. Money Order/Cashier's Check: Merchandise is sent immediately Mastercard/Visa/Discover: Merchandise is sent immediately. Bank Wire Transfer/Electric Funds Transfer: $20.00 flat fee - Merchandise is sent immediately.

After we receive the item, the Exchange will examine the merchandise and watermark the piece. Our standards for approving a piece for shipment are: 1. That an item is in mint condition. 2. The item has it’s original box. 3. The item has it’s Certificate of Authenticity. Once the item(s) is approved, we will then forward the item by Federal Express to the buyer.

The Disneyana Exchange professionally packages and insures all shipments. Should you receive damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately. It is important that the buyer saves the original shipping carton and all packaging supplies otherwise a replacement or refund will not be possible. The Disneyana Exchange will then contact Federal Express and arrange for a dam- aged inspection to take place at the delivery location within 24 hours. The Exchange will then confirm with Federal Express that a claim process will commence, and we will take steps to secure a replacement. In the event a replacement cannot be found, a refund will be issued when the claim has been settled.

The Disneyana Exchange inspects every item that is shipped out. Should you be unhappy with an undamaged item, please contact the Disneyana Exchange within 3 days of receipt. To receive a replacement, it is the buyers responsibility to return the merchandise to the Disneyana Exchange within 7 business days. All returned merchandise must arrive in mint condition, with it’s appropriate box and certificate, along with the original watermark intact. The Disneyana Exchange stands behind every item that is shipped, and will make every effort to replace the piece in question. In the event a replacement cannot be obtained, a full refund will be issued.

On average it takes between three to six weeks to complete a transaction, depending on how many pieces were ordered, the time it takes for the seller to ship the item(s), the courier's delivery time (they get backed up at holidays), etc. This newsletter is published quarterly and is usually e-mailed the 15th day of each quarter.
