These terms and conditions shall be complementary and supplementary to the terms and condition of card use and represent an integral part thereof, and shall be subject to the terms and conditions, or agreements concluded and signed, or will be subsequently concluded with NBE, by the Cardholder. The Cardholder acknowledges that s/he is the real beneficiary of the Service. 7. Amendment of terms and conditions The Bank reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions partially or wholly without the Cardholder’s prior consent. The Bank shall notify the Cardholder of any amendment, via any means deemed appropriate by the Bank. Such amendments made by the Bank to these terms and conditions shall be deemed an integral part thereof without the Cardholder’s prior written consent. 8. Service termination The Cardholder may terminate his/her subscription to the Service at any time via a written termination notice sent to the Bank. The Bank may – at its own discretion and without giving reasons – terminate the Cardholder’s subscription to the said Service at any time subject to a prior notice. Such termination shall not exempt the Cardholder from any obligations with respect to the Service carried out up till the termination date.
