If you would like to submit an idea for an article or a document, please contact us as soon as possible. We prefer advance notice rather than receiving submissions without prior notification. Journal space fills up quickly. Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format on a computer diskette or sent via e-mail attachment to [email protected]. Manuscripts and disks will not be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Footnotes and Endnotes must be typed as normal text in the future. Professional publishing software does not recognize Microsoft Word's automatic footnote/endnote feature and deletes them. The editors will no longer retype the author's footnotes by hand.
