Two look disabled (edit and delete), Add is “Secondary” look Overall: Too many button kinds, different orders, can’t differentiate between primary and secondary

Form Elements: Text Fields: Error state has different font : Red checkmark - is this error state? Regular state not shown? Radio Buttons: - are they usually defaulted? 2 states. Regular and Error Calendar - Input has different Font Type Search Field input has different font-type than Calendar and Text Fields Tool Tip: Two variations - one with text on left, the other with Link that reads “Tool Tip Trigger” on right/

Header Elements (global): Several Font Faces, Sizes, and Types Navigation Bar: Needs Attention (global) - Surprised this isn’t same color as Error Fields PNR Header (global): Several Buttons, font faces, sizes, types, colors PNR Navigation Bar (Header): Is the “x” in search field off just in this UI kit or also in Aero? Tab/Pills (global) - Confusing to user between global tabs, navigation tabs, tab/pills, accordions

Icons Few icons have several treatments (add, add hovers, alerts, arrows - expanded, not expanded, right, left, etc.; close) planes/flights ; NEEDS TO BE MORE UNIFORM Are these buttons or icons? Messaging Customer Messages: When checkbox is clicked, three buttons of same exact style Create New Flight Message: Agent Sign and Flight # have different font than Message Message Center: When checkbox is clicked, three buttons of same exact style Messaging: Message with Lots of text- is this scrollable? Prompt Variations have more height when needed Error Tray (global) - animation of clicking on “drawer ” part is strange. what is the purpose of it? Header Success (also in Messaging - Messaging): “Changes Saved, but Out of Sync” - there should be another color for an “error” still exists

Receipts and Refunds: Which of these are required? If any, should indicate Flight Information: Why are some laid out different than others?

Flight Close - UNREC List - Unseat Customers : Not selectable? What if they want to remove from list? Gates - Bags: What are attributes? What happens when you click on button?

Oversale - Add Volunteers Modal - Give option to Split Volunteer? GENERAL Overwhelming # of Actions , buttons, drop downs, links (e.g. Checkin-Landing-Customer Table Busy Tables with Data Too many variations of customer lists, flight lists, etc Placement of Errors/Messaging vary - Colors of Errors very Placement of Buttons vary - Top right, Bottom Left, Bottom Right, (Order of them) Can’t escape/Cancel out of “Loading” status Can’t do anything else during “Loading” status How do you read these “Connection” lines? Do they refer to the flight below them? Advice: More Error Prevention (Gates, Lobby, PNR) - Show which info is needed; If skipping from one field to next in a search or something, give error prevention Illustrate where Errors are: “Wrong or Missing either Last Name, Flight #, or Destination Bag Management: Add Additional CTA - Intuitive? “Add Another bag?”; Miscellaneous Items with Fees- Should show prices Check-in- Bags - Bag Management - Modify Bag Routing: Adding new route and clicking on edit icon should have Flight Options - “Change” CTA once all fields are entered/changed, instead of Add, which adds a duplicative one with updated info. Change Seat: Why are these shown as available to choose from if you can’t choose them? Should not be available. Should be disabled , or have some state to indicate you can’t choose. Self-Tag - Bag cannot be Accepted - Opportunity to have “Ping Customer Service” button?

“Want-to-Go” has “Involuntary in dropdown. This does not indicate the customer wants to go . Change label

Lobby > Results > Customers Ready for Check-in: Add Volunteers - Nothing happens when you click on (Is it bc not an oversale flight? If this is the case, why is being displayed as an option) Delete FF - No prompt to confirm!!! Seats - Unassigns Seats - No prompt to confirm!!

Lobby > Results > Available Travel Options>Economy Plus Seating - “Return to Travel Options” should actually be “Return to Results” or something

Gates: Why does “Awaiting Seats” have count, but not “Accommodated” and “All Customers?”

Gates>All Customers>Inbound Connections (and outbound): Table is all wrong - Labels are incorrect under each accordion should be radio buttons, if anything (or just whole bar to select), since you can’t select more than one at the same time, except by accordion level, which has different action options in CIA dropdown (Process Misconnects) Why is there no select all checkbox to process misconnects?

More General Items: Lobby/Gates/PNR Search/Availability should stay highlighted to indicate where the user is in Aero
