Now this extension is going to allow the BlueJeans helper button to be added to your browser window and that's going to allow you to start as well as schedule meetings with a single click.

These meetings can be created directly from your browser's tool bar or from your Google Calender. Let's go ahead and talk about how you do this. First off, you're going to want to head on over to bluejeans.com/downloads and from here we're going to click on where it says . Notice we've got our link for the Google Chrome browser extension.

We're going to click on that right here and this is going to take us to the Google , and you'll notice we're already on the page for the BlueJeans for Google Calender extensions. Let's go out and click on where it says Add to Chrome. Now you will notice when we click on that button, it is going to prompt us to add the extension.

Go ahead and click on the add extension button, and just like that the Google Chrome browser extension for BlueJeans has been added. You'll notice the icon appears right within your browser. Now we need to log into it. Let's go ahead and click on the BlueJeans icon. Now, one word of note here if your organization is using single sign on or SSO to authenticate with BlueJeans, you'll need to log in with your email address which will then redirect you to your SSO portal.

Let's go ahead and log in now. Now after logging into your BlueJeans account from the browser extension you're going to be taken to your extension setting page. This is where you can adjust everything from how your new meetings will be scheduled from using your personal meeting ID to a one time meeting ID, to other things such as how are users going to be joining your meeting.

[00:02:00] You'll want to review all of this information, make any changes as necessary and then click on the Save Changes button. Now you can always come back to these extension settings later by clicking on the BlueJeans icon that resides within your browser. Now that the BlueJeans extension has been added and set up, let's go ahead and hover over the icon and click on it.

You'll notice we've got the option to start a personal meeting directly from your Google Chrome browser. Couldn't be simpler. We'll also have the option to invite via Google Calender. Let's go in and click on that. This is going to open up your Google Calender and automatically create a meeting for you. Now you can of course adjust the meeting title, the date, the time and then also specify who the guest to that meeting should be.

Here's my calendar view, so I'm going to double-click on a time slot. I'll of course input the title for the meeting.

I can also add some descriptors here. I want to put in who the guests to that meeting should be. Once I've set all of those things, notice I've got a button here that says Add BlueJeans Meeting. Just go ahead and click on that. This is going to auto populate the location as well as the body of that invite with all of the details to join via BlueJeans. You'll have the dial in information as well as the link to join from a computer or a mobile device.
