Devon County Council Response • Click here to view response Internal Review Request I am writing to request an internal review of Devon County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Academy Schools'. Please review your decision because the online website does not contain information which Exeter schools are academy or not. Internal Review Response I note from your original request dated 16/08/2012 that you had requested a list of schools in Devon, which have transferred to Academy status in the last 3 years. Having considered the information contained on the website you have been supplied with, I am of the view that the information which you had requested was indeed available. I therefore uphold the Council’s use of the exemption from disclosure at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (Information available via other means). However in the interest of providing you with advice and assistance, I have taken the time to filter out the relevant information from the spreadsheets available on these web pages.
