Due to the resulting disqualification, in accordance with Article 99.1 of the Competition Regulations, SEHA League Commissioner brought up the following DECISION - HC VARDAR player Stojance Stoilov is fined 100 € On March 7th, 2015. in Skopje was played the match of the 16th round Seha Gazprom South Stream League between HC Vardar and HC MKB-MVM VESZPREM. After a supplemental statement of the SEHA League delegate, due to the breach of Article 101, paragraph A (failure of the technical devices) League Commissioner has decided as follows: HC VARDAR is punished by a fine of 200 € (twohundredeuros) th Zagreb, March 9 , 2015. He also welcomed Siniša Ostoić from the SEHA League, who he confirmed would now be joining the European Handball League Board as a guest in order to provide a connection to SEHA league and all the countries playing in that league. 2. EHLB meeting 03/2019 – Minutes and follow up Larsson reviewed the minutes of the last meeting of the board on 11 March 2019 in Vienna. He also reported on informal meetings, which took place on the fringes of the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in Cologne with representatives of top leagues including Denmark, France, Sweden, Germany, Italy and also SEHA league. He reported on the difficult situation in France (and some other top leagues with existing contracts) with the new playing days of the EHF club competitions during the week but highlighted the fact that leagues had known about these changes since the competition workshop held by the EHF in Zagreb January 2018 at the Men’s EHF EURO 2018; he stated that leagues will have to adapt going forward and it was agreed that fixed playing days for these competitions was an improvement.
