General Awareness On Famous Dancers :-

Versatile : Dance is a type of art that generally involves movement of the body, often rhythmic in sync with the music. The art of dance is a unique form of expression, employing a universal visual communication that everyone understands.

Pandit : Birju Maharaj is a leading exponent and torch-bearer of the Kalka- Bindadingharana of Lucknow. He is the only son and disciple of Shri Achhan Maharaj and is a familiar face of Indian Kathak dance all over the world. Sonal Mansingh: Sonal Mansingh is an eminent Indian classical dancer and a leading exponent of Bharatnatyam, Kuchipudi, and Chhau. Besides being a dancer, Sonal Mansingh is a well-known choreographer, teacher, orator and a social activist. Anna Pavlova: (1881-1931) One of the most celebrated and influential ballerinas ever. She was the Russian prima ballerina of the late 19th and the early 20th centuries. She was the principal artist of the Imperial Russian Ballet. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is a massive movement that seeks to create a Clean .

• Effective April 1, 2012, the TSC was renamed to Nirmal Bharat Abhiyan (SBA). On October 2, 2014 the campaign was relaunched as Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Major components and goal:

• Construction of individual sanitary latrines for households below the poverty line with subsidy (80 percent) where demand exists.

• Conversion of dry latrines into low-cost sanitary latrines.

• Construction of exclusive village sanitary complexes for women providing facilities for hand pumps, bathing, sanitation and washing on a selective basis where there is not adequate land or space within houses and where village panchayats are willing to maintain the facilities.
