When we understand what happened on the cross, we no longer need to fear evil. See how God deals with evil once and for all: Questions: What manner of evil assaulted Jesus during his passion and death? What was Jesus’ response to the evil he encountered? What did Jesus battle and destroy by his death and resurrection? After watching, please add a comment sharing your thoughts. Online Giving / Mass Collection That – just as Jesus rose early to pray – we, too, may find time in our day to be with God and to receive strength and nourishment from Him. “Rising very early before dawn, he left and went off to a deserted place, where he prayed…He told them, ‘Let us go on to the nearby villages that I may preach there also. For this purpose have I come.’” - Mark 1:35, 38 In this Sunday’s Gospel reading we see a perfect example of stewardship. Jesus gives His time to do all that God wishes - healing the sick and preaching. But before He begins, Jesus makes time to be alone with God in prayer. It is through prayer, spending time with God, that we find the strength to do what He wishes us to do. Be sure to find time every day to be with God. Pledged gifts allow St. Theresa Catholic Church an opportunity to budget with an actual income in mind. 1. Stewardship pledge cards can be placed in one of the collection baskets after Mass or they can be mailed into our office. or 2. To be a practicing Catholic means that you 832-640-3425 Warden strive to live your life by what our Church teaches. 24/7, seven days a week, Jim Roark 365 days a year for life. To strive to have a properly formed moral conscience. 281-481-5180 Not to pick and choose which church teaching you accept. Being a Knight, Recorder Jeff Maresh should be an extension of your faith, an example that can lead others to the 281-997-0633 church founded by Our Lord. To strive to grow your faith, to have that Financial Secretary conversion of heart. Sadly, too many have the false notion that everyone is James Novak 281-485-9788 going to heaven, Satan is not real & there is no hell. No consequences. This my Treasurer Brothers is a contradiction of Sacred Scripture, which in the New Testament Dave Schlothauer states multiple times, “many are called, but few are chosen”.

Required by State law, the handbook outlines the basic rules and expectations for student behavior and consequences used when these expectations are not met. The information included in the handbook and the Student Code of Conduct is based on State law, local Board policies and Goose Creek CISD Administrative Guidelines. The handbook is approved by the Board of Trustees annually. Please refer to the Student/Parent Handbook whenever you have a question or concern and be aware of specific rules and regulations that apply to your child’s school so that you may comply with campus-level policies and expectations. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s principal as we have found that most issues may be resolved at the point of origin. Best wishes for a Safe and productive school year!
