How Do You Know If You Are An Athletics Representative? You are considered a representative of athletics interest (i.e. Booster) if you are or have ever been a member of any group that supports or promotes the athletics program (e.g. Owl Club), or if you have helped in any way to recruit student-athletes. According to the NCAA, once an individual is identified as a representative of athletic interest, the individual retains that status for life. Your actions can affect the eligibility of individual student-athletes or teams to compete in NCAA and conference competition. Prospective Student-Athlete or Prospect: Any individual who has started taking classes for the ninth grade (seventh grade for Men’s Basketball) *Making contact with a prospective student-athlete is in direct violation of NCAA recruiting standards and would jeopardize the eligibility of the prospect. Temple Owls Fan Code of Conduct The Temple Athletic Department is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all fans, both inside Lincoln Financial Field and throughout the parking areas. In conjunction with the Philadelphia Eagles, staff members will proactively intervene to support an environment where our fans can enjoy the event experience free from the following behaviors: • Abusive, foul or disruptive language and obscene gestures. • Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption or other drug use • Fighting, taunting or threatening remarks or gestures. • Throwing objects of any kind • Sitting in a location other than the fan’s ticketed seat. • Displays of affection not appropriate in a public setting. • Obscene or indecent clothing. • Any disruption to the progress of the event by fans actions. • Any behavior which otherwise interferes with other fans enjoyment of the game. Each fan should hold his or her ticket and be ready to display it to event staff or stadium security to verify their seat location. Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in the Guest being ejected, arrested by police or having his/her tickets revoked.
