Please Advise VTS Port Control (Channel 16 VHF) with at least 2 hours prior arrival of pilot boarding area. The system provides coverage from Bahía de Pertigalete to Jose Area for vessels and includes, among other things, a collision avoidance system. The Vessel Traffic Service will advise the location of navigational hazards as well as relative positions and estimated courses and speeds of other vessels within radar range of the VTS. PDVSA Guaraguao Terminal must be contacted by channel 10 VHF.

PILOTAGE

Pilotage is a Compulsory government service; The Pilot may decline to moor the vessel if it is not equipped with satisfactory mooring equipment, lines, gear, anchors, etc., or if it is not sufficiently ballasted. Pilot and Accommodation Ladder are required for ballasted vessels when the Pilot will go on board or disembark. This Pilot and Accommodation Ladder must perform with I.M.O. / S.O.L.A.S regulations. The vessel shall maintain sufficient ballast to keep the propeller fully immersed at all times while maintaining reasonable stern trim. Pilot Station Location: Bahía de Pozuelos. REGULATIONS

• It is prohibited to throw objects overboard • It is forbidden for unauthorized small crafts to approach vessel • It is absolutely prohibited to allow vessel to exhaust heavy smoke while alongside • No engine repairs will be made while vessels alongside • Vessel must use rat guards on mooring lines • All visitors are prohibited unless written permission is given by port captain or terminal office • Fishing and painting of ship's side is strictly forbidden while alongside • It is prohibited to photograph the terminal installations • Shore leave is permitted with shore passed granted by migration officer and passport copy, after free pratique. Must call agent taxi drive thru VHF radio channel 11 prior go ashore, it is forbidden to be walking inside terminal installation. • Smoking is strictly forbidden at the marine terminal. • Handling of dangerous, hazardous material or explosive products are not allowed • Engines must be kept at standby at all times while ship`s in port • Please be aware that no laptops are allowed into terminal installations. However; it can be previously authorized by ISPS supervisor under written request and when it has been declared in personal effects list if any crewmember is embarking or disembarking

• All vessels must have no more than 0 ppm concentrations of H 2S, in the vapour phase, in her cargo tanks. If the vessel does not comply with this requirement, it will be rejected.

• Please note that drug inspection is carried out shortly after completing the loading with the vessel still alongside before sailing. All expenditure incurred is on account of PDVSA. • But if the vessel needs to perform any crew change & shipchandlers etc., a second inspection is required and all expenses involved will be on vessel owner’s account.
