Improved enrollment, first year retention and graduation rates while increasing overall incoming SAT scores. MSU is now the largest institution in MT. Improved the gender diversity of STEM faculty (50 female hires in the last 3 years) Successfully incorporated technology in academic affairs to improve advising, faculty productivity reporting, and assessment of faculty productivity.
