In partnership with the City and State of New York, IMG, the official organizer of New York Week’s central footprint, will require full-course COVID-19 vaccination for all individuals entering Spring Studios, its primary event venue. Aligned with IMG, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has issued a parallel directive requiring proof of vaccination for all persons attending or working at New York events throughout .

Together with Fashion Week’s organizers, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of NYFW: The Experience guests, staff, and the broader fashion community. Therefore, to purchase and participate in our packages, we appreciate your compliance with this policy:

NYFW: The Experience COVID-19 Vaccination Policy • All individuals attending New York Fashion Week events will be required to show proof of full-course COVID-19 vaccination, consistent with state and federal law • Minors under the age of 16 may provide proof of a negative antigen test (taken within 6 hours of arrival) or negative PCR COVID-19 test (taken within 72 hours of arrival) • Strict compliance will be enforced with admittance denied for non-compliance, subject to state and federal law • On Location will work closely with NYFW: The Experience buyers on detailed instructions and protocol for confirming vaccination status

For those who are not yet vaccinated, you must complete full course vaccination at least 14 days in advance of New York Fashion Week and NYFW: The Experience packages beginning on September 8, 2021. To assist with planning, you’ll find a vaccination timeline below:

Vaccination Timeline • Pfizer or Moderna (two-dose) vaccines o August 2, 2021: Last day to secure first dose o August 23, 2021: Last day to secure second dose o September 6, 2021: Full course vaccination completion deadline • Johnson & Johnson (single-dose) vaccine o August 25, 2021: Deadline to secure vaccination

We will be closely following updates and recommendations from the CDC, New York City and State, issuing comprehensive health and safety guidelines for New York Fashion Week in mid-August. Please stay tuned for additional guidance to ensure collective wellbeing at the shows.

COVID-19 Illness Policy Guests who test positive for COVID-19 will not be permitted to attend New York Fashion Week and/or NYFW: The Experience event(s) and will be responsible for their personal quarantine and return transportation costs. Additionally, Guests should refrain from attending NYFW and/or NYFW: The Experience events if they believe they may have come in contact with COVID-19-positive individuals or are experiencing or displaying any COVID-19 symptoms, as described by the CDC.
