The COPs represent an interest in lease payments from the City to Vallejo Public Financing Authority, subject to the City's covenants to annually budget and pay these lease payments from the City's general fund. Decorative street lights are also being added along Mare Island Way. A kiss and ride drop off area is also under construction south of the ferry dock entrance.
